About Me and My Mission

Welcome! My name is Jenny Alvarez, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I bring a diverse background in supporting individuals and families, having worked as a school social worker, group home manager, case manager and home base counselor. Through these experiences, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals in moments of challenge and growth. 

I specialize in conducting comprehensive mental health and trauma assessments, helping clients gain insight, clarity, and a deeper understanding of their needs. My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, with a focus on creating a safe space where healing can begin. 

I believe that each person carries an innate resilience-like an ember- that, with care and support, can be rekindled into strength and renewal. My goal is to help individuals reconnect with that resilience and move toward healing with understanding and hope.
